Protech Stainless is owned by Tony Brinkworth and Simon Richards. We saw an opportunity to build a business that offered quality workmanship within the stainless fabrication industry, so we joined forces in April 2004 and started Protech Stainless Ltd.
Our Skilled Team
Protech has grown from humble beginnings with just two of us to a much bigger operation employing 30 people and with over 1600 m² of workshop space.
As well as being owners of Protech, Tony and Simon are directors and hands-on managers with the aim to further develop the business as world-class in the stainless fabrication industry.
Our aim was to create a business that is known for its reliability and high-quality products. We have achieved this and work tirelessly to ensure that this is constantly achieved.
Leadership at Protech starts at the top, with both directors having a hands-on approach in the day-to-day running of the business and customers' projects. We lead by example, as the actions of management have a direct impact on company culture and workshop environment.
Our leadership team has a wealth of experience ranging from 16 to 36 years of experience, with over 150 years of combined experience in the stainless fabrication industry.
We have taken the time and effort to employ and retain highly skilled staff with a long-term focus on the company’s future. Training is ongoing and enables our team to work efficiently and confidently without constant supervision. We encourage autonomy and job progression in our workplace.
