Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company

Protech Stainless was engaged by GEA Process Engineering to supply items and undertake the installation for a Skim Milk Permeate Plant Project at Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company in 2012.

Protech built an RO (Reverse Osmosis) Membrane Filtration Plant in our workshop then transported it to the Tatua site. An experienced Protech site crew then installed the RO Plant along with 3x UF (Ultra Filtration) Plants in Tatua’s new Skim Permeate Building.

Stage 2 was installation of tanks, equpment and pipework for the Hydrolysis Plant.

This project ran over a 10 month period and all start up deadlines were met with a high quality standard.
